01

Critical user paths

The review identifies the pages and actions that create business value: contact, signup, login, checkout, account access, booking, or content discovery. Each path is checked from entry through the durable result, including error behavior and confirmation that the underlying work actually occurred.

02

Production and mobile reality

Direct routes, SSL, redirects, canonical URLs, runtime configuration, forms, browser console errors, keyboard use, 320-pixel layouts, slow requests, and missing assets are reviewed on the real deployment or a production-equivalent environment.

03

Risk-ranked findings

Findings are organized as launch blockers, high-impact reliability issues, conversion friction, maintainability concerns, and later polish. Each item includes evidence, the likely responsible layer, a recommended change, and a way to verify completion.

04

Audit or audit-plus-repair

Choose a written repair plan you can use with another developer, or approve a follow-on scope for the highest-priority fixes. The audit does not lock the project into paid implementation.
