Questions before you send the project
No padded sales language. If your situation is different, describe it in the repair request.
Can you fix a site if I do not understand the code?
Yes. Describe what the visitor should be able to do, what happens instead, and what tool built the project. I can translate that into a technical investigation.
Do you only work on complete rebuilds?
No. Small fixes are welcome, and repair is preferred when the existing foundation can be trusted.
How much does the work cost?
The rate is US $150 per hour with a one-hour minimum, then 15-minute increments. You receive a written estimate before work starts.
Is the initial review free?
The initial request review and written estimate are free. Diagnostic work that requires project access begins after scope approval and the deposit.
Can we fix it together?
Yes. Live developer help uses the same hourly rate and lets you retain control while I explain the repair.
Will I keep my code?
Yes. You retain complete ownership of the repaired project after payment, subject to existing third-party and open-source licenses.
Should I send passwords with the request?
No. Never send passwords, recovery codes, private keys, or full credentials through the form. Secure role-based access is arranged after acceptance.
What if the AI keeps undoing earlier fixes?
That usually means the project needs a known source of truth, narrower changes, and regression tests—not another broad rewrite.
Do you work with AI tools or oppose them?
I use AI as a productive development tool. The service supplies the project context, judgment, testing, security review, and accountability that automation cannot own.
When is a rebuild necessary?
A rebuild becomes reasonable when platform access is inadequate, security or data assumptions are systemic, or repair would cost more while leaving the project unreliable.
Can you help an agency or freelancer quietly?
Yes. White-label and behind-the-scenes help can be scoped with clear communication boundaries.
Do you guarantee rankings or third-party platform behavior?
No. I can repair technical SEO and integrations, but search engines and third-party services remain outside anyone’s control.
