Before work begins
Your request is reviewed at no charge. You receive a written estimate in hours, approve the scope, and pay a 50 percent deposit. The hourly rate is US $150 with a one-hour minimum and 15-minute increments afterward.
During the repair
Time is applied to investigation, repair, testing, documentation, and agreed communication. If new evidence would materially exceed the estimate, work pauses for approval.
Completion and cancellation
The repaired project and handoff are delivered, then the remaining balance becomes due. If canceled after work starts, the deposit is applied to actual time and unused prepaid time is refunded.
Separate costs
Hosting, domains, APIs, software, platform subscriptions, email providers, and other third-party fees are separate unless the written estimate says otherwise.
