Proof before work begins
The US $150 hourly rate is public. The initial request review is free. Scope and estimated hours are written down, the 50 percent deposit follows approval, and material overages require another approval. No credential belongs in the first form.
Proof while the repair is underway
The work begins with a reproducible user path and a known project state. If new evidence changes the boundary, the reason and option are explained before the scope expands. You work directly with the lead developer rather than through a sales or account layer.
Proof at handoff
A complete handoff identifies the cause, the code or settings changed, the test path, deployment notes, and any remaining risk. You keep ownership of the repaired project after payment, subject to existing platform and open-source licenses.
How client feedback is handled
Feedback is requested only after real completed work. Nothing is published without explicit permission, and private project details stay private. A client may choose full attribution, role-only attribution, or no publication.
